3. Ordering and Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Orders are normally processed within 7 working days from the date of order, However Shipping times may vary based on your location, unexpected situations & events and may take time up to 15 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exchanges/Return and Refund

• Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned/exchanged.
• Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/Defective/Wrong product within 48 hours of delivery with supportive photos/videos clearly showing the defect to validate, we will make our best efforts to replace it as early as possible post approval.
• Our exchange policy lasts 7 days after delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange unless explicitly stated.
• We will accept Exchange, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, or if you think we haven’t met the specification as your per order. Please write an email with your order number and a reason to exchange the delivered product/ products.
• Refund will be processed only post validating your request and reason within 48 hours as instructed, upon approval return the product for a refund. If the product reaches us and it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; The product is not different from what was shipped to you; The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s packet, Tag intact, User Manual, Bill slip and all the Accessories Therein), invoice provided during the delivery of the product.

6.Cancellation 

• Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
•  Partial cancellation in terms of reducing the number of items is possible, unless it violates the minimum order quantity for that particular product.
• Cancellation will not be acceptable on customized product.
• If the order is shipped, cancellation would not be possible unless the item is damaged or delivered on time.

To ensure your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase, we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase on all bags purchased through our e-commerce website only. The warranty covers functional components of the bag, such as zippers, straps, buckles, and handles

How to Claim Warranty:

In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer support team through your registered contact details, provide invoice of the product with supportive photos/videos clearly showing the defect to validate and please follow the instructions provided to you by our team. Also, if requested by our customer support team, you may need to send us the defective product for the repair at your delivery expense.

Resolution Options:

VKS GLOBAL reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. If the product is no longer available or cannot be repaired, an exchange with another product of same value may be issued.

Warranty Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
• Damage caused by external factors, such as extreme temperatures, water exposure, or exposure to harsh chemicals, is not covered under this warranty.
• Any modifications or alterations made to the bag by third parties not authorized by VKS GLOBAL will void the warranty.
• This warranty is valid only for bags purchased directly from our official e-commerce website.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Any warranty claim must be made within the 6-month period from the date of purchase.
• VKS GLOBAL reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time.

• We reserve the right to update or modify or stop any Promotions/ Offers/ Discounts/ Coupons at any time without prior notice and updates.
• Any additional promotion, offer, discount & coupons can/will replace applied/applicable promotion, offer, discount & coupons Either of lower/equal value to benefit the customer Or out of T&C and eligibility.
